The Application of 420T 8 wheel Blocks in Yantai Cimc Raffles.

At 2:30 in the morning of June 24, 2010, the first deepwater semi submersible drilling platform, which was fully independently designed by the domestic sea industry enterprises, adopted the 420 ton 8 wheel "hot rolled steel wheel" type pulley provided by Hebei Tongli Block Co., Ltd., which will butt up to 17 thousand tons of the upper hull and the lower hull under the floating state.

This drilling platform is the sixth generation of super deep water semi submersible drilling platform of Italy Saipem group. It is designed, built and debugged by Yantai Cimc Raffles.

To ensure the smooth launching of the hull, the Hebei Tongli pulley Co., Ltd. independently developed and filled the domestic blank "hot rolling steel wheel" 420 ton 8 wheel large pulley. After the comparison and screening of the bidding, the reason why the "hot rolled steel wheel" type pulley is the reason why it has the same force is because it has the advantages of "strong impact resistance, small coefficient of friction with wire rope, wear resistance, long service life" and so on.
